Mary Ann became Vice President of People in April 2008 after serving as Director of People, Senior Manager of People Standards, Compliance and Compensation, and various other roles since joining Pinnacle is September 2000. She is experienced in all aspects of Human Resources, including compliance and compensation management, processes and procedures, recruiting, labor relations and employment law. Her responsibilities cover more than 4,000 Airline employees in the U.S. from Canada to the Caribbean. Prior to joining Pinnacle, she managed human resources, payroll and customer service functions for multiple businesses. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Southern Mississippi.
